Deborah Khan

Deborah has over 20 years of knowledge and experience of working within both Education and the Creative sector. She has worked nationally and internationally. For the theatre, she has directed for The Royal Opera House, The National Theatre Education Department, English National Opera and Opera North.

A teacher at a senior level, her work includes Associate to the Specialist Schools Trust. She has extensive experience working for Creative Partnerships and the DfES as well as Alite, brokering and managing a diverse range of projects involving the arts, creativity and events.

As a workshop leader she specialises in creativity, presentation and communication training.

Her current clients include British Airways, The Arcadia Group, Channel 4, Five TV, 15 Restaurant, DLKW ADvertising Agency, RHM Architects, It Recruitment Agencies and Merrill Lynch.

She also runs a highly successful Headteacher Training Programme for the Specialist Schools Trust. This course, now in its third year, had been rated excellent by 98% of participants.

For SSAT she is directing a programme embedding creativity in leadership, teaching, learning and internal training.

She continues to support individual schools on specific projects.

Deborah is married with two children and lives in London.
