Our consultancy balances challenge with support. We share your aspiration to move from where you are to where you want to be. We seek to extend the horizons of possibility for those who seek our help.

 

We hope to bring a freshness of view to our consultancy work. It is pragmatic, informed by experience and research but not limited by expectations.

 

Our consultancy has led us into work with professional sport, educational and parents’ organisations, businesses and charities.

 

We are the designated learning consultants to the English Football Association, a commitment which includes five years’ experience of working on the UEFA Professional Licence for managers and coaches, Europe’s most prestigious coaching award.

 

Our consultancy staff share a diverse portfolio of experience which includes life coaching, mentoring professionals, guiding senior leadership teams, teaching presentation skills, developing mental toughness in athletes and preparing teams for competitions.
