I use the 4 stage cycle on a side of A3 to plan and have it nearby on the desk when I teach.
Geography teacher

We no longer have Heads of Department meetings which deal with admin. We haven’t for years. Now our meetings use the learning cycle and are all about each other’s learning - and very useful too!
